For any other claim relating to the free public site, aggregate liability will not exceed US$100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend and indemnify CareBridge HealthTech LLC from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, prohibited submissions, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent caused by CareBridge, and no mandatory consumer protection is waived.

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Bell County, Texas. However, this choice does not override mandatory rights or remedies that apply to a person in Cameroon or another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law; where law requires additional consent or notice, we will provide it.
